Within walking distance of The Cornmarket are such attractions like Mathew St where you can visit The Cavern Club and see where it all started for The Beatles.You have also got the Albert Dock where you have the newly built Echo Arena which in 2008 has seen artists travel from around the globe for the MTV music awards. Also on the Albert dock is the famous Beatles Museum and the Maritime Museum where you can take some time to educate yourself on the history of Liverpool.
